We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so every order is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your purchase at digitalnutripro@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund.

How to request a refund. Email digitalnutripro@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order number and a short note. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time before the refund appears on your statement.

Digital products — nothing to ship back. Our products are delivered digitally, so there is nothing to return by post. Once a refund is issued, your licence to the purchased materials ends: you may no longer use, copy, share or resell the files, and any download links may be deactivated.

EU / UK consumers. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content made available immediately, this right may no longer apply once download or access has begun, where you agreed to immediate access at checkout. This does not affect our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee above, which we honour either way.
