Welcome to NutriPro. "We", "us" and "our" refer to NutriPro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store and the digital products and services we offer (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & account. By using the Services you confirm you are of legal age in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. Our products. We sell digital products — downloadable and template-based coaching materials. We aim to describe them accurately; appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or software (for example, when opening editable templates).
3. Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion; payment must be received before an order is accepted. We will contact you using the details you provide if there is an issue with your order.
4. Prices & payment. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you submit your order, shown in your order confirmation. You confirm you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
5. Digital delivery & licence. Products are delivered digitally (download links and/or template links) after payment. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and rebrand the materials for your own coaching business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files or templates as your own product. All such rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Refunds. Purchases are covered by our Refund & Money-Back Policy, including a 7-day money-back guarantee. Please see that policy for details.
7. Intellectual property. The Services and all content (text, designs, images, templates, and the NutriPro name and logo) are owned by NutriPro or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the licence in Section 5, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
8. Acceptable use. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to misuse them, infringe others' rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to access the Services in an unauthorised way.
9. Disclaimers. The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our content is for general informational and professional-resource purposes and is not a substitute for individual medical, nutritional, or professional advice for end clients.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriPro and its suppliers (and Shopify and its affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Relationship with Shopify. NutriPro is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with NutriPro. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and NutriPro.
12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where NutriPro is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
